READY-MADE ORDERS

Ready-made orders are shipped within 3 to 14 business days. You will receive confirmation e-mail, when your order is shipped with your tracking number. When ordering please let us know your deadline, if your wedding is abroad, if you need us to put a rush on your order, or any other information that may help us serve you better.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are our specialty. Call or e-mail us your request. We have a large selection of fabrics. If you have idea of the color or fabric you are looking for, there is a chance we have it in our studio. You can e-mail us pics of fabric, dress..., or mail fabric swatches. They should be approximately 2" x 2". We can, also, make a matching accessory from your fabric to complement your look. Your design options are unlimited as the imagination itself.

We require 35% down payment to finalize order. We will work on your order and let you see a photo of it. If necessary we will make adjustments. Upon satisfaction, pay the balance with credit/debit card and we will ship your order.

We design, create and arrange silk flowers in our studio. For special occasion orders, please allow time for preparation and delivery.

We accommodate RUSH orders whenever possible (under 6 weeks, under 3 weeks -super rush.) Please e-mail us beforehand so we can give you a shipping fee quote in case you will need to upgrade your shipping to a Priority or an Express service.

If lost, stolen, or damaged, gift cards may be cancelled and replaced by a new Floreti Gift Card  upon proof as required by Floreti™.  Replacement gift card will be for the amount of the remaining balance on the original gift card at the time of cancellation.

PAYMENTS

We accept credit cards, debit cards and e-checks through PayPal.  It is free, secure, convenient, and safe service.  Your  registration with PayPal is not required.

SHIPPING

We ship in the most economical and reliable way for our clients.

We ship from New York WORLDWIDE via USPS with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance services included in the shipping cost (except for USPS First Class International. Post Office does not provide DC or insurance services for this shipping method). As such we recommend to use Priority Mail. It allows for insurance and tracking services.

Domestic orders $100.00 and over, shipped FREE. For orders of $99.99, or less there is fixed shipping and handling rate of $6.95.

We are happy to offer COMBINED shipping for multiple items. For your convenience we waive Signature Requirement for Domestic EXPRESS Mail service orders under $150. If you prefer your Mail Carrier not to leave package at the door or would like to add Signature Required service to Regular or Priority mail, please let us know during checkout.

Other shipment options are available upon request.

We do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses.

 

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Domestic:
USPS First Class service 2 to 30 business days.
USPS Priority Mail service 2 to 3 business days.
USPS Express Mail service Next Day or 1 to 2 business days depending where it is going.

International:
USPS First Class service one to six weeks. (Insurance is not available for this shipping method.)
USPS Priority Mail service 6 to 10 business days.
USPS Express Mail service 5 business days.

If you need to upgrade the shipping from First Class to Priority or Express mail, please let us know during checkout. We will send an e-bill to your e-mail for the difference.

CUSTOMS NOTICE

For international orders, Floreti is not responsible for shipping delays and fees due to customs. Please note, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to custom nature of the products, All Sales Are Final. We provide detailed photographs and descriptions with measurements in the listing description of each item. If you have any questions, would like to see another photo of the item, please inquire prior to purchasing and we will be happy to provide you with any additional information.

We carefully inspect each item prior to packing it & shipping. All items are shipped with Insurance, except international regular mail (insurance is not available for this shipping method.) If you receive the item damaged, please file an insurance claim with your local post office right away.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. In certain cases, at our discretion we may offer an exchange, if it is a gross mistake on our part, (e.g. wrong item) we will immediately exchange the item and will cover the exchange shipping fees.

Your information is kept secure. We do not sell nor disclose your personal, or purchase information with other companies or any third party.
